Hard-fought doubles on the clay, a frame of billiards and a sweat worth earning. Leave work at the gate, and bring your best game to the court.

A legacy since 1928
Established in 1928, The Tirupur Club holds a significant place in the social history of the region.
It was formally inaugurated on 10 June 1933 by Mr. William Essex, a British dignitary. According to the Club’s historical records, it was the first recreation club established in the then combined Coimbatore District.
Over the decades, the Club has evolved into a distinguished gathering place for the city’s business community and its members, preserving a tradition of fellowship, recreation, networking and social engagement.
The Club is managed by an executive committee of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary and Treasurer, and 10 committee members, all elected by the members on a two-year basis.
